I LOVE Ireland. I've visited twice Ireland, I still have such fond and happy memories. People there were super awesome. But I'll be honest I needed some excuses, so I can make desserts that relates to this holiday.
St Patrick's Day Chocolate and Minty Bites - It was not an easy task to get the color green accurate this time around, I think I did okay though haha. Any holiday treats, chocolate is always the major player, this candy treat is no different (guilty smile). This easy candy bite is basically one laying melted dark chocolate/minty chocolate one layer at a time, some patience is definitely required here
