Rainbow Watermelon Jello

Watermelon juice (remove the flesh of the watermelon, squeeze out the juice in a cheese cloth and add 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice + plain gelatin) was used to make this Watermelon Jello. When you eat this, you still have the satisfaction as if you are eating watermelon.
This is a mini watermelon.

Great idea for any summer picnics and BBQ gatherings. Super easy to make...

To get the layer effect - divide the watermelon juice, add Wilton food coloring (or any food coloring) to make different layers of colors. You can make any colors you like...No rules!
