We Heart Watermelon

Watermelon prepared four different ways for my BBQ dinner tonight.

From left to right, top row: Watermelon Margaritas and Watermelon Gazpacho.

From left to right, bottom row: Watermelon/Mango Jello (I used fresh lemon juice instead of water for that super refreshing taste, also cut grease when eat too much BBQ meats/burgers) and Chilled Watermelon Balls.
