First, this looks gooey, deliciously-sweet, and very fun to share.
Now for the technical appreciation - my first impression was "Oh hey, I like that red on top of the pink". On closer inspection, I was pleased to see the checker-board alteration of the white and pink marshmallows. It breaks up the pink and makes the red stand out more. And the tiny hearts on the cloth are gorgeous and subtle enough to avoid pulling attention away from the dessert but still clues you in to the theme.
