Looks very delicious! And lemme admit... I'm not even much of a gelatin lover myself! Looks like a very healthy dessert to have, and I bet the lemon you use does indeed act as a 'miracle ingredient' and make the strawberries taste pretty interesting.
Thank you Rachel...lemon is that one element "plays" well with everyone. And yes you are correct, this is a "healthy" dessert. Truth be told though, most of my desserts are not fattening, I do not use artificial sugar, Stevia rather. Quite good!
The beauty of stevia is that they have longer sweet duration than your everyday sugar, also it does not get all sticky! A natural product. No tooth decay. It is win win for me since I do not like my desserts on the sweet side anyways.
Besides, can't be the freshness of just pick "sugar" from my garden!
