Strawberry Dessert by theresahelmer Strawberry Dessert by theresahelmer
Great for Sunday Brunch or perhaps for Mother's day that's coming up

:bulletred: You will need

1. One package of round pot sticker wrappers. Use cookie cutter to make shape. I used a large star mold.
2. One 8 oz strawberry basket
3. Whipped cream and powder sugar (for dusting on top)
4. The little green leaves for decoration is chocolate mint from my garden. I like to take a pinch and eat them when i work in my garden. They really do taste like chocolate. I know weird.

:bulletred: To make

1. Heat cooking oil on high, deep fried wrappers for no more than 30 seconds. Remove immediately and set aside to cool.
2. Slice strawberry into thin slices
3. Assemble

That's it, super quick and easy.

i am so sorry yours did not work out but i do love the idea you tried it. thank you for sharing it with me.

to avoid the inflated problem, just as soon as you drop the skin into the cooking oil, place a potato masher on top of it, remember it should not stay in the cooking oil more than 5-10 second.

this was what i did, my apology i did not share this element.

Oh you're welcome. It really made the day a lot better~ Instead of making it as a dessert I made it for breakfast with french toast. =) A wonderful start to the day. Very sweet.
Thank you again. I hope you'll share more of your wonderful recipes in your work!
