Pimp your Ramen Noodles....Super easy to make this -
All you need are one egg, some greens (i have cilantro and 青刚菜 here), and two small pieces of eel chunks from a can. Your total cost for this bowl of noodle is about $2.50...You get the carbohydrate, protein and vitamin C. Most importantly this should have no more than 500 calories and super delicious.

I was wondering what you used for broth though?
I know it's different, but I tried to make miso soup with chicken broth and daishi (?) and it ended up being too salty. Maybe I added too much wakame? ehh. I felt like that one wouldn't be too hard to screw up though...
