Ramen Noodles by theresahelmer Ramen Noodles by theresahelmer
Pimp your Ramen Noodles....Super easy to make this -

All you need are one egg, some greens (i have cilantro and 青刚菜 here), and two small pieces of eel chunks from a can. Your total cost for this bowl of noodle is about $2.50...You get the carbohydrate, protein and vitamin C. Most importantly this should have no more than 500 calories and super delicious.

Try it!

Your recipes all look beautiful and I love just looking at it because I get so many ideas for my own food (although I can't plate as well as you do it sure tastes good, lol)
I was wondering though... what in the world is "青刚菜"? I google translated it and all I got was "cupped vegetables" and images just showed basically what you have in the bowl there... they kind of look like baby bok choy...

Thank you for doing the research first!

"青刚菜" is not bok choy, but close enough. 小白菜 is the right word for bok choy. and the 大白菜 is known as napa cabbage.

That eel looks amazing. How can I get some? I've never seen anything like that in American grocery stores.

This is so funny, the image you are looking at was my tonight's dinner...you can buy the eel in cans at your local Asian grocery stores, it cost about 1.80 per can. i know i can never live without them...always have plenty in my pantry.
