I think it's Lipton. Or a knock off Lipton. XD Lipton isn't all that great anyway now that I think about it. Maybe I'll try Stash or Kazo (I think it's called)? Funny that green tea would be anything but green, and I didn't find it odd all these years. XD
Please use YouTube as your reference if you are interested in making this cake. That's how i made this. my apology...i do not have time to write down a time-consuming recipe request. Be sure to use keywords when perform searches (I will however post from time to time if the recipes are simple). good luck
It depends on production. Japanese green teas tend to be steamed and that allows the tea to have a green color. Others, such as Chinese green teas, are pan fired. It even depends on the chlorophyl. The Greenest loose leaf tea is called Gyokuro and that is because it is shaded for a few weeks before the leaves are gathered. This makes the leaves produce more chlorophyll. Then the greenest green tea of them all is Matcha, which is powdered Gyokuro leaves. And since in that case the powder is added to the cup directly.
Why did yours turn out so GREEN?! DDx Mine turned out.. looking plain.. o-o'' Did you use food colouring??? x_x Sorry for the bother... Plus my mousse sucked. D But who cares, I WANT THE GREENNESS IN THE CAKE!! Q A Q
i am not in the habit of answering question like this...But because you have supported my photos all the time, i thought i would this time. The short answer is I don't know. I don't have the answer anymore than you do.
There are thousands of different types of green tea on the market, i am assuming it is because the brand i used yield a greener vibrant color...??? again, i don't know, i can't answer for the items i did not have a hand in it...besides, who cares...if you want your tea greener, add some food coloring if it makes you feel better...??
Lol xDD Okay THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ANSWERING!!! >w< Maybe next time I'll just put more green tea in! >D MWAHAHAHAHAHA Anywayz, I might try a different brand next time if I can find one. =w= and I'll try that out and see if the colour changes! xDD But THANKS FOR THAT~~ Yummy fooooooooooooooooood! x)
Idk, it didn't really come out very well I guess... It looked plain and didn't have much of a green tea flavour.. x_x and with a cake, a cake must look appealing to eat in the first place. So I'll just put more in next time. >w<
