Thank you so much, it is quite a blessing indeed. Because if one day I should publish my own cook book, I do not have to hire a photographer and often times a photographer does not understand the subjects at hand and not do the best job for me!
Also I am capable of acting a role of "food stylist", did you know that is a hot profession?
If you published a cook book, I'd definitely buy that. And I had no idea; but I think it's great. I watch a lot of cooking shows, and I always admire people who can really capture their art not only in taste, but also in aesthetics. Presentation from some chefs is really amazing.
I also read your journal entry about taking photos for Jelly Belly, and congratulations! You deserve it; I can tell you're a hard worker who is dedicated to giving what they love their all. I'm only a bit upset that I didn't discover you earlier. Keep it up
i do not use YouTube for most of my recipe, i "encourage" those who wishes to learn to check out the instructional videos on YouTube. I have been cooking for a long long time. i can pretty much figure out how to make something just by looking at the finished "products", but make no mistakes, when i do NOT understand something, YouTube or Google is the place i use.
OK so, first off, I love this picture so much! That stuff looks so yummy! Second off, I don't stay on DA as much as id like and you put up lots of pics, I have like, 12 in my message box right now that I need to go through. Anyway, id just like to say you are a SUPER sweet photographer! Like, I love pretty much EVERY SINGLE pic you put up! And I wish I could comment on every one of them but I can't. So, just keep up the freaking fantastic work! ^^
