Mini Azuki Cake

Incidentally, this type of dessert is called "Wagashi" - a bit of patience, you too can create conversational dessert piece. You can buy this very dessert in oriental markets, they are usually sold in pretty little packages, with a gold twist tie on top. I believe I mentioned this to a watcher a while back, I always have chilled red bean soup in my refrigerator, for many reasons (childhood and its nutritious values - a link for your ref. www.organicfacts.net/health-be… to name a few). A one pound bag of red bean costs less than two dollars, why not try it one of these days. Again, you can easily find recipes and instructions on YouTube/Google. Have a beautiful Sunday
