Smiles are a bit off, I recommend adding a layer to the photo and using a curve tool to add the smile then blur it a bit maybe?

hmm...thank you so much, i am no artist in drawing or drawing faces, this is just for fun and i am further no specialist in PS of any skill, what you are saying to me is a bit beyond my ability. BUT thank you very much for your kind suggestion, i might get there one day when it comes to the PS ability.
