is that lemon curd?

mmmm lemonade, never been much of a fan of the shop bought fake fizzy stuff, the summer before last i made some myself for the first time, it was so good.

no, i understand lemon curd is popular in most household, but no so much here, which i don't understand why, it is so great.

The yellow icing on top of the cookies is just lemon juice reduction and add some plain gelatin, really great as well

that's alright then because i am actually not a fan of lemon curd! If making anything with lemon it is also lemon drizzle cake or lemon zest in cookies and cheesecake.
