I made also these for last night's dinner. The avocado with tuna sushi took me a long time to make, because i wanted to make sure not only they taste good but also they look good on a plate. I think i did okay, what do you think?
I also served cold udon noodle salad for this dinner and green tea ice cream with fresh fruits for dessert.
This looks MUCH better than the local sushi place I ate at last night! I actually ordered california rolls and caterpillar rolls, but their proportions were off and they were really stingy with the fish eggs!
