hmmmm a lot depends on the region for example: I belong to the Caribbean region of my country, so my breakfast consists of most of the time in tubers, fruits, flours, meats, dairy derivatives, on occasion seafood and various other things, always accompanied by a cup of hot chocolate or coffee (the latter does not change in any region of the country) xD hahaha sorry, it's a bit complicated to summarize all that but to make it easier, I'll tell the breakfast typical of the regions of my country (at least the ones I know lol) PD: on some occasions the breakfasts here do not differ much from the lunch xd
Región Caribe (caribbean region): arepas stuffed with egg (they are different from the corn bread), fried green plantains, green plantains cooked together with tomato and onion, boiled cassava accompanied by scrambled eggs, fried fish, fish soup and bread with scrambled eggs. xD
Región Andina (andean region): roasted Arepa, potato broth, reheated rice and beans, tubers broth and boiled yellow potato :3
Región de los Llanos (plains region): variety of cheeses, Arepa stuffed with meat, variety of stews, beef broth, and a variety of sausages
these are all I can remember (I missed two regions more) xD ^^
