Oh the shame of it all...!! I am serving this Tuna Spicy Sushi tonight as appetizer! But I ate the first batch entirely on my own! Time is running out, must go make some more now...I hope you like this photo 
The best sushi rice is Nishiki rice! I am not sure you can buy this rice from the regular store. Asian grocery stores for sure though.
