Foamy Jello Dessert by theresahelmer Foamy Jello Dessert by theresahelmer
1. Dissolve your Jello packets according to the instructions on box. Four different colors of Jellos are used here.
2. When done with No. 1 step. Place your Jello containers in the refrigerator until Jellos are partially set but NOT firm.
3. Beat each color of your Jello by using an electric mixer until it is light and foamy (about one minute).
4. Ready to eat or store in the refrigerator.

Or you can check with YouTube for instructions.

Do give it a go, for some reasons they taste better...light and fluffy

Gum balls are for photo staging purposes solely.

I tried this today but did not get barely any foam, and I do believe that I let it set for too long. Tomorrow I'll be trying again ^^ Hopefully I will get the correct effect, but thank you so much for the tutorial and help!

It is tricky to get the consistency down...and i am glad you are going to give it another chance.

The simplest way to make sure it is not set to hard is to hold it in your hand, if the Jello stays in your hand, then it is much too hard to whip them into the foamy consistency you are looking for. But no fear, all you had to do is put your Jello in the microwave for like less than 5 second and you are go to go.

Let me know whether i could assist further okay!

Thank you so much I'll be sure to keep that in mind tomorrow ^^ And I will let you know though I think you have helped me enough.

Again thank you so much for your help!

Yes, that is probably why it turned to foam, I guess I should have waited a bit longer >-<

Wow, I definitely think that this is my favorite of your desert based photos. It is perfectly balanced; colorful and beautiful while making me want to reach through the screen and eat it! I'll have to try the recipe, but for now I'll just enjoy the picture :)

The recipe sounds interesting, but what has me really interested in the recipe is the photo. The composition of it is awesome. I love the colors you chose, and the addition of the gumballs to drag the observer's eye to the jellos and associate it with sweetness and yummyness.
Great job! Sorry for he text wall.

the sole purpose of food photography is to have the viewers desire the image they're looking at...like eating the image with their eyes... i hope i achieve it here.
