One of my favourite points in your presentation is the way you make the small, individual portions. You take so much care into making them the most geometrically perfect possible, as if you baked it that way rather than making a big tray and cutting the pieces afterward. I wish I had the hand coordination to do such.
Reminds me of a youtube video I saw where two guys made marshmallows, they *destroyed* it with a knife instead of cutting.
Thank you for such kind words, a tip...to yield clean cake slices, always place the cake in the freezer for an hour or so, you will impress everyone! I make desserts often enough, all tasks come easy to me now
Holy mother of chocolate, i wish i could have taken a picture to the swiss rolls i did friday i did six have with normal whip cream and strawberries and half with chocolate whip cream and strawberries all of them with strawberrie Jubileo on top and grated black chocolate, but i didnt had time but they were really good i can tell you that much
