What I've noticed of when I looked at it with a little bit of my imagination,the tulip looks like a wired mouse.The why is,because you've got the stem looking like an endless wire as the tulip has a unique,but still close base of a mouse.I love the photo,because I've never seen a red tulip before and it stands out from the background.

you are in luck, tulip is a winter plant, i am sure if you visit your local grocery store, they must have some. tulip does not smell ( no fragrance )
